  • What are your hours of operation?

    Sunday & Monday- Closed

  • What services do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of services from facials, brows, lashes & waxing. For a full list of services and descriptions, please visit our Appointments page.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • How should I prepare for my facial?

    Please arrive with no makeup & a clean face. Do not come in if you have a sunburn, are sick or have had botox within the last two weeks prior to your appointment.

  • Where should I park?

    We have street parking on US-1 or you can park in the district parking lot that faces the front of the spa.

  • How early should I arrive?

    We recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for check-in, fill out any necessary paperwork and to start relaxing. We want you to enjoy your full appointment time, if arriving at the start of your appointment or a few minutes later, we unfortunately will not be able to extend your appointment time. Please keep in mind, if you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a late cancellation fee may apply. Thank you for your understading.

  • Are children allowed?

    We kindly ask that no children are brought to the spa for your treatment, even if they are well behaved.

  • What should I expect during my first visit?

    When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our front desk staff who will help you with any paperwork. You’ll be asked to fill out a brief health questionnaire to ensure we tailor your treatment to your needs.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable, loose clothing to your appointment. We have robes we will provide for your convenience during your visit once you enter the treatment room.

  • Any products I should avoid leading up to my facial?

    Yes, if you use Retin-A, Adapalene, Differin, Retinol or any other Vitamin A derivative, please stop using them for at least 3-5 days leading up to your facial. These products can make your skin more sensitive and prone to irritation.

  • What if I have special health concerns or allergies?

    Please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or medical conditions when booking your appointment and upon arrival. This information helps us tailor your treatments to ensure your safety and comfort.

  • Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, our spa is wheelchair accessible through the front entrance. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure a comfortable experience for you..
